CHAPTER 6. MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF MASTER PLAN
6.1. Management, organization and responsibilities of organizations
The Master Plan to Develop Education of Mongolia in 2006-2015 will be implemented in conformity with development basic policies on socio-economic and human development and based on structure of state, administrative and educational systems.
The approach of inter-sectoral planning, management and organization is the main method of management and organization to implement the Master Plan to Develop Education of Mongolia in 2006-2015.
Inter-sectoral planning, management and organization to implement the Master Plan will be created under the leadership and commitment of the Government and will aim to create unified position and coordination of policies and actions of the government, donors and international organizations, establish realistic participation of all stakeholders in implementation of the master plan, set up a result-based planning, monitoring and evaluation system and create open information database.
Commitment and leadership of the Government will be the main condition for management and organization of implementation of the Master Plan.
